For the last three years since the end of the COVID crisis with the closure of borders and the measures of confinement and restrictions on the opening of businesses, prices on the Costa Del Sol and especially in Marbella have increased very sharply.

 

 

According to Idealista data, the increase in the last 3 years is 51% on average in the municipality of Marbella. By area, the increases are as follows:
